Refund policy

We want you to love your BLINKU products. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@blinku.in with your order number and photos of the issue.
